The Small Batch Muscat Spirit is an eau de vie crafted from Riverland Muscat, fermented on skins and rested for 6 months in stainless steel to create a spirit of rounded complexity. Aromas of ripe stone fruit open into a palate of delicate sweetness like a homemade apricot jam, finishing with a subtle spice while the fruit notes linger.

Enjoy it neat, warmed slightly by hand to enhance the fruit flavors, or mixed with tonic for a crisp, refreshing cocktail.
